Notes
General:
OCCUPATION: Miner, Lumberjack and Farmer.

CENSUS INFORMATION: In the 1910 US Census, he is listed as Adolph G Baker, aged 15 and born in Montana. He is living in "Deer Lodge, not Trask", Township 7, Jefferson, Montana, with his parents and a step-brother. (Supervisors District 1, Enumeration District 40, Sheet 17A).
In the 1920 US Census, he is listed as Adolph A Baker, a Woodyard Retail Merchant, aged 25 and born in Montana. He is living in Precinct 71 of Silver Bow county, Montana, with his wife, a son and 2 daughters. (Supervisors District 1, Enumeration District 250, Sheet 19B).
In the 1930 US Census, he is listed as Adolph A Baker, a rancher on a hay and timber ranch, aged 35 and born in Montana. He married at the age of 21. He is living in School District 21 (Trask), Jefferson county, Montana, with his wife, 3 daughters and 2 sons. (Supervisors District 5, Enumeration District 22-18, Sheet 1A).
In the 1940 US Census, he is listed as Adolph A Baker, a rancher aged 45 and born in Montana. He is living in Trask Precinct, Jefferson county, Montana, with his wife, 2 sons and a daughter; they were all living at the same place in 1935. (Supervisors District 1, Enumeration District 22-11, Sheet 2A).

GENERAL NOTES: Son of Henry G and Mary E Baker. Known as ARIO. Adolph still remains a bit of mystery. The Baker name is a name that the family adopted when they came to America (German name wouldn't get them many jobs). But I still have some questions about what Hazel told me as their original name (I cannot verify that it was actually a German name, so I'm still trying to sort that out).

BIRTH: I have conflicting information about his birthplace. The LDS website gives Marysville (which is actually Marysvale, I believe), UT. His death certificate, which has information given by Hazel, indicates Trask, MT. Trask no longer exists, but was a town outside of Woodville, Jefferson, MT. His marriage certificate indicates that he was born in Woodville. Anyway, his death certificate indicates he was born on 1 Feb 1895.
